Can’t make it to the studio but still want to train with us? We’ll create a personalized plan using what you have available — whether that’s your living room, condo gym, or favorite local park.

Her approach is hands-on, supportive, and always tailored to the individual — ensuring every client trains safely, effectively, and with purpose. Compassion and expertise come together in every session, making each person feel seen, capable, and motivated.
